Mission
Make structured clinical documentation faster than writing it down.
Indian outpatient medicine runs at four minutes a patient. Every clinical record system ever sold into it has been abandoned for the same reason: it was slower than paper.
So the mission is a speed claim, not a completeness claim. It forces every design review to answer the only question that decides whether a clinic keeps using the thing — did this make the consult faster, or slower?
What we are after on the other side of that is narrow and specific: a country where a clinical observation a doctor makes becomes durable, structured, portable knowledge — for that patient, that doctor, and Indian medicine as a whole.
